What We Do
Anchor Property Management provides high-quality leasing, management, and maintenance services to rental property owners, real estate investors, and landlords in greater Halifax, Nova Scotia. We work with long-term rentals and furnished properties. We manage single-family homes, condos, and multi-family units. If you have a small apartment building with four units or fewer, we’d love to take a look at it.
How We Do It
Our services are delivered with professionalism, respect, and expertise. We listen to the needs of the owners who partner with us, we evaluate the properties they’re renting out, and we work with our talented team to find and place great tenants, keep up with maintenance and improvements, and track all of the income and expenses related to the investment.

Nathaniel Loewen
Maintenance Manager / Owner
Nathaniel has been successfully managing properties since 2010. An experienced construction professional and former Project Management Professional (PMP), Nathaniel doesn’t only manage rental properties, he also owns them. In addition to his extensive experience in property management, Nathaniel also has over 15 years of experience in construction in the commercial and industrial space, and in residential property renovation. This experience brings an understanding of the unique challenges that come with property management which he is keen to put to work for you. When not managing his clients’ properties, Nathaniel can be found spending time with his family or surfing the waves of Nova Scotia.
Jena Casas
Leasing Manager / Operations Coordinator
Jena has been managing properties with Anchor Property Management since 2021. As an experienced customer service professional with an extensive background in residential property renovation and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), Jena’s broad skill set made her a perfect fit at Anchor Property Management from the start. When not filling vacancies, managing properties, and helping to grow the company, Jena can be found spending time with her family or exploring all that Nova Scotia’s outdoors have to offer.
Alyson Shaw
Accounting
Alyson has over 8 years of experience in the accounting field. Through the knowledge and skills that she has earned from her work experience and Bachelor of Business Administration degree, she thrives in creating a supportive and successful work environment. She enjoys providing tailored support for organizational and customer needs. Her positive personality and insight make her a valued addition to the Anchor Management team. In her spare time, Alyson enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
