This is the perfect time to love where you live. All of us at Anchor Property Management have rented homes. We know what it’s like to pay rent, to look for help when the sink is dripping, and to consider all the options when it’s time to renew a lease. Our idea is to make renting as easy and stress-free as possible. We work hard to remain available and accessible to our tenants, and if something goes wrong, you’ll find we’re in a hurry to make it right.
How Do I Apply?
If you find a home you would like to rent, schedule a showing and then complete an application, which is provided online. Upload and submit all of your supporting documentation and make sure everything is signed.
Do You Allow Pets?
Many of our greater Halifax rentals are pet friendly. Ask about our pet policy.
How Do I Pay Rent?
We collect rent online, through your secure tenant portal. Pay every month, set up recurring payments, and store payment information.
What if Something Breaks?
Maintenance requests can be made online. If it’s an emergency, we ask you to call us at the number provided.
Can I Renew My Lease?
We’ll get in touch with you a few months before the lease is scheduled to end to discuss all of your options.
