How Much Experience Do You Have?
Anchor Property Management has been in business since 2018, and we incorporated in 2021. But, our owner has been managing rental properties of his own and those belonging to others for more than 15 years.
What Kind of Properties Do You Manage?
We work with residential rental units, including single-family homes, condos, multi-family units, and small apartment buildings.
How Much Will My Property Rent For?
That depends on the greater Halifax rental market and the amount of competition that’s currently out there. Your rental value also depends on property condition, location, and size.
What If My Tenant Doesn’t Pay Rent?
This is a common concern, but we guarantee the tenants we place for one year. We screen thoroughly, communicate regularly, and enforce the lease agreement.
